Epiphany I

Jan 6, 2012

The Feast of the Epiphany is celebrated today (6 January) in most parts of the world. Here in New Zealand the feast has been shifted to the following Sunday enabling more people to celebrate with the Mass of the feast.

This brief blog is by way of preparation. Fr. Robert Barron, who in November led the priests’ retreat for the diocese of Christchurch, uploaded this podcast this morning.
And below is a website that offers some background to the Feast of the Epiphany.
More on the feast from me tomorrow.
