Healthy psychology does not contradict healthy spirituality, and healthy spirituality does not contradict healthy psychology.

One of the positives of having to drive a few hundred kilometers each week is that the car is a perfect place to listen to music, audiobooks and podcasts.

Over the past three weeks of Radio New Zealand’s Summer Noelle programme I have appreciated the wisdom of Nathan Consedine, Associate Professor of Psychological Medicine at Auckland University’s Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences.
