Ascension

May 30, 2014

This weekend in New Zealand, and in many other parts of the world, we celebrate the feast of the Ascension of the Lord. In some other places the feast is still marked as Ascension Thursday. Whatever day, this is a great opportunity to celebrate a feast that vividly reminds us of the tangible link between heaven and earth.

You might find this brief Barron reflection to be a helpful preparation for the feast.
