ready for sleep

The sleep experts, who make their living offering suggestions to people who find it difficult to get a good night’s sleep, suggest that TV and computers in the hour before bedtime works against good sleep.

A couple of years ago a friend introduced me to Chopin’s nocturnes as a perfect preparation for good rest. During the week I stayed with his family again and was reminded of this great practice.
