I was interested to hear of the publication today of a new book on leadership written by NZ  “leadership coach” Diana Jones.

Tap on the image below to hear one of the interviews that whetted my appetite. I was especially interested to hear the emphasis on emotional and social intelligence, and vision in which Diana says that while many people (including politicians) may have a leadership job, they may not have the vision which is an essential component of effective leadership.
