Joining John O’Connor today in the Homily Studio to reflect on the scriptures for Sunday 13 February are Felicity Giltrap, Kath Petrie and Rory Paterson. Sunday 13th February also celebrates World Marriage Day. You may find helpful the following Beatitudes which were mentioned during the conversation.

Blessed are you when your marriage is struggling and seems arid, for you will realise that Christ works with you when you work on it every day.

Woe to you who are living married life as the perfect couple, with all the material goods you require and well-behaved children, for you will take your marriage for granted, and stop taking the daily decision to love.
