    Thanks also to Kate, Jane & Catherine for their interesting discussion last week on listening, as well as thoughts shared on the importance of how we see & live – in & with our body & soul.

    I am also really enjoying the FFF book. Such a great curated collection of reflections & invitations. I’ve been doing ‘random dipping’ into it since I purchased it last year & every time it has delivered a boost or pertinent message, relevant to the current day to day reality, questions or situation I am living – very helpful!
