quickly absorbed with cooking dinner, getting the kids to do their homework and off to bed

the working title I had for today’s post was “you just can’t win”

I know that my ancestors would have benefitted from hearing about a tender and loving God.

My experience has taught me that of all the possible ways to live Christianity is the easiest

And because he is constantly searching for me I can never be lost.

It is forty years today since I was ordained priest in the Church of St. Thomas the Apostle in Timaru

We must stop using the term non-practicing in such an inaccurate and distancing way.

It’s sixty years next Monday since the closing of the three-year Second Vatican Council.
