Food for Faith is the online mission of Fr. John O’Connor, providing reflections and spiritual insights grounded in his ministry as a diocesan priest in Aotearoa New Zealand, and further afield.

This mission comprises around 3000 written, podcast and video reflections intended to encourage all who seek greater maturity in Christian faith.

The Food for Faith Charitable Trust supports the growth of John’s mission allowing him to focus his time and energy alongside his other appointments, on the presentation of Christian faith in a form that is attractive and connected to the complex and rich lives of people who seek abundant living in relationship with God.

Administrative work is undertaken by an accountant, technical producer, scheduler and secretary. A host of others inspire and guide John as he works among the people around Aotearoa and beyond.

The Food for Faith mission has connected with many people around the globe. We welcome your engagement and appreciate any financial support  you can provide, to enable its continuation.
