This is the only English language TV interview with Cardinal Ratzinger. Raymond Arroyo interviews the Cardinal shortly before his election as Pope Benedict.  The complete interview (45 minutes) is not available online, just a five minute cut at the start of Arroyo’s 15th anniversary show.

This brief interview is especially significant as the future pope predicts that a new springtime in the Church will involve smaller numbers.
