Pentecost fire

Bishop Michael Curry’s sermon at the royal wedding was inspiring and makes an ideal reflection for today’s great feast of Pentecost.

I especially enjoyed when the bishop’s passion even caused the candlesticks to vibrate – but many of the hearers seemed to remain unmoved…

  1. I loved it. It was so positive about love and fire . Really good to remember that love is power

  2. When Martin Luther King talked about love remaking the word, he was quoting Teilhard de Chardin, but of course, rhe true author is God. We can learn about God, teach about God, do things for God. It is when we love that we know God.
