there is a way

Mar 4, 2019

It’s Monday morning and for many a new work and study week begins. These first hours of the week can be difficult. Perhaps the weekend didn’t give the rest we needed and the tasks of the week ahead feel like too big a burden.

Often it’s just a line from the day’s scripture readings that becomes an inspiring mantra for the day. Today for me its the last line of the gospel reading. Perfect for a Monday morning.

There are things in life that do seem impossible. Perhaps you carry concerns about your health, relationships or financial security. At times we can’t see the way forward. But there is a way.

Every time you think of it through the day repeat three times as a prayer:  “Nothing is impossible for God.”
