about sin

Oct 6, 2017

After a long week I’ve made it to Friday afternoon. No doubt your week has been full and (in the opening words of the Constitution on the Church in the Modern World) there will have been joys, hopes, griefs and anxieties.

In recent days I have seen and experienced the good and the bad of human life in encounters with a variety of people. No doubt we have all experienced this in our own lives, but also we have witnessed good and bad throughout our country and around the world. We have all been shaken by the Las Vegas tragedy, and the many other less reported sufferings of our sisters and brothers.

Here is a piece from the Food For Faith archive when I was interviewed on National Radio after an article that the Christchurch Press generously published:

Press article:   The Easter Spin on Sin
Interview:   Spiritual Outlook (23 minutes)
